College Recruiting

A two-year graduate programme with live client work from month one and a named principal accountable for your development.

College Recruiting

A two-year programme that puts you on real engagements in month one.

Graduate consultants at SynergyApex are staffed onto live client work immediately, with a named principal responsible for their development. There is no twelve-month training bench and no shadow year.

You will be given work you are not yet fully ready for, supervised by someone who has done it many times. That is uncomfortable and it is by far the fastest way to become good at this.

  • Six-week foundation in supply chain fundamentals and Oracle Fusion
  • Live client staffing from week seven with a named supervising principal
  • Oracle certification funded and scheduled during work hours
  • Rotation across two practices in the first twenty-four months
  • Formal progression review at eighteen months

Programme Structure

Twenty-four months, four phases.

Months 1–2: Foundation

Supply chain fundamentals, Oracle Fusion navigation, client-communication practice and our delivery method. Taught by working consultants, not trainers.

Months 3–9: First Engagement

Staffed onto a live programme in a defined support role, with weekly coaching from your supervising principal and monthly written feedback.

Months 10–18: Rotation

Move to a second Fusion SCM capability area — typically SCM Digital & Analytics or Sustainable Supply Chain — to build breadth before you specialise in a module.

Months 19–24: Ownership

Take ownership of a discrete workstream with client-facing accountability. Progression to Consultant is assessed against defined criteria at month eighteen.

What We Look For

Four things, none of which is a specific degree.

01

Structured thinking under incomplete information

Client problems arrive vague and contradictory. We are looking for people who can decompose a mess into a sequence of answerable questions.

02

Genuine interest in how physical things move

Ports, warehouses, refineries, spare parts. If the logistics of the physical world hold no interest for you, this will be a long two years.

03

Willingness to be wrong in public

Our engagement teams argue openly. Candidates who cannot revise a position in front of others struggle here regardless of raw ability.

04

Written clarity

A great deal of consulting is writing. We assess writing directly during the process, and we weight it heavily.

Practicalities

Common questions from students.

Any. Our current graduate cohort includes engineering, economics, geography, history and computer science. We assess reasoning and writing, not curriculum.
No. Almost no graduate arrives with it. The foundation phase and funded certification exist precisely because we expect to teach it.
In the first year, typically one to two days a week on client site within your home region. International travel is optional in year one and agreed in advance in year two.
Autumn applications open in September for the following September intake, and we run a smaller spring intake starting in March. Eighteen places are available for 2026.
In the UK and Singapore, yes, for candidates who meet the relevant thresholds. In the US and UAE it is assessed case by case.
